Payment and Refund Policy for Winter Springs Bears effective January, 2023
Football Registration Fees:
Early Bird Registration $250, must be paid in full by February 28, 2023. Unpaid balances will lose the $100 discount. Regular registration fees are $325 for football.
Full Registration fees, must be paid in full by Equipment Pick-up, July 2023
All fees are refundable through Equipment Pick-up. The day following equipment pick-up through July 31st you may receive a
refund of 50% of registration fees. NO refunds will be issued after July 31st.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS DUE TO COVID CONCERNS ONCE THE SEASON BEGINS AUGUST 1, 2023. OUR COVID REFUND POLICY IS THE SAME AS THE STANDARD REFUND POLICY
Payment plans are available and Fee reductions may be considered for families with
demonstrated need. Under any payment plans, fees must be paid in full on or before Equipment Pick-up day,

No Equipment will be issued to a player prior to fees being paid in full.

Cheer Registration Fees:
Early Bird Registration $250, must be paid in full by February 28th, 2023
Full Registration is $350, of which $150 must be paid by your scheduled Uniform Fitting. All fees due by July 31st, 2023
100% of fees are refundable through June 10th.
June 11th through July 31st, fees less $150 may be refunded
NO refunds will be issued after July 31st.

Volunteer Opt-Out Fee:
The Pop Warner Winter Springs Bears is strictly a volunteer organization, and as such, we rely on our Bears Families to help fulfill the needs of the organization. We ask that each family volunteer for one of the roles shown at registration. Any family choosing not to volunteer may opt out of the volunteer requirement by paying the $115 Non-volunteer fee. This fee is charged per family, not participant.
Early Bird Discount:
Each year, we offer our families the option of an early registration discount. All registrations paid in full by February 28th, will receive the discount of $100 for football registration and cheerleader registration. Please note, these discounts will not apply to the already reduced rate for Tiny Mites Cheerleaders and our 6U football players. Reduced fee for cheerleaders is $250, $225 for football. After Feb 28th, Mighty Mites and older cheerleader fee is $350 and 8U and above football fee is $325
Sibling Discounts:
Sibling Discounts will be offered. You may receive a $25 reduction for the second sibling
registered, $35 for third sibling, Family Registration fees are capped at
$1,000. If fees are more than $1,000, contact Steve Bryant at [email protected] or Sandy Gotwalt at [email protected] for a fee adjustment.
Sponsorship Drive:
For each sponsorship your family obtains of $750 or higher for our Winter Springs Bears,
you may receive one complimentary player/cheerleader registration.
